  1. Your job will train you on everything you need to knwo and if you have questions ask them!
  2. Telesales staff tend to have a script they follow - you'll be told a lot of "What to say if the client says no" so keep your script in front of you until you know it by heart.
  3. The biggest tip I can give you on handling objections is to expect them. It's going to happen 99% of the time. Lucky for you, you are given a script based on the responses given to you by the potential buyer. Practice reading over the scripts using voice tones that you would use while carrying on a conversation with your friends. Sounding natural is key. Most people have the tendency to talk really fast when working off of a script. Slow down and do not be discouraged. The amount of rejections that you receive will by far outnumber the takers. People will be rude to you and they will hang up on you. Just realize it's part of the job and not personal. Otherwise, you will not last long.
