2. That is a pretty open question, because of the amount of variables that could come into play. With a physical call center, startup cost could be in the thousands when you consider the logistics. On the other hand a virtual call center, which are becoming more popular could be started rather inexpensively. The main problem in the past with virtual call centers was the management aspect of it, but with new on line technology becoming more available daily, this is much less an issue.
